Overcoming Low Milk Supply in Breastfeeding

About Mrs. O.

This blog is for the average woman. The everyday woman. The budget friendly woman. The woman who can only spare 40 minutes to get herself ready in the morning. The working woman. The vivacious woman. The woman who wants to be healthy, confident, and beautiful.

With still so much to accomplish, I have realized how much my story and daily routines have the possibility of sparking sharing amongst women, and the ability to help someone else.

Overcoming Low Milk Supply in Breastfeeding

I always knew that I wanted to and would breastfeed, but it's easy to get discouraged in the beginning for various reasons - one of the most common being low milk supply. Whether you are a first time mom or not, we can all have those days where we wonder if our milk production is enough. A little encouragement and great tips from other moms can really be helpful.

I was speaking to an old college friend of mine the other day - Ana Smith - and she was sharing her story with me about how she was able to combat this issue that many new moms face. After discovering an "It Works" product, The Greens Drink, she was able to see an increase in her milk supply very quickly. With over 8 servings of fruits and vegetables in every packet, that alone is great for mommy and baby.

Sometimes when trying to reach a goal of any kind, it's nice to have a jump-start of some sort. Overcoming low milk supply in breastfeeding can be challenging. But according to Ana and many others, when it comes to Greens On The Go, It Works!

itworksgreensMany thanks to Ana for the tip. I'll definitely be using it after baby #3!
